Family vacation
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Generally, I am quiet satisfied. The hotel location is quite strategic, although you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest MTR station. But there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel lobby and rooms are very good and spacious. The hotel also have free laundry services. The front office staff is very kind by giving me an upgraded room. But all the front office staff were very busy all the time, so I always had to stand in line to communicate with them.

Pros: Location is good, has a lot of restaurant and bakery nearby within walking distance, Traditional market and even plaza. Food is ok, decent. Room is somewhat bigger than other hotels. Cons: Old hotel. Some of the beddings felt a little moist, and due to the heavy use of carpets, there are some mites, so our friends got bitten esp around foot and leg area. But when we complained to the staff, they responded well, even taking pictures of our small wounds (perhaps as a proof?) They have a parking space just beside the building that can fit like three 18 seater buses and a few cars.

Business travel
One of the best hotels I have stayed in Hong Kong! The room is bigger than other Hong Kong hotels, with classic design and welcoming staff. Just that there are many tourists recently.

Family vacation
Despite everyone knows hotel in HK super expensive, this BW Plus are really a good deal considering spacious room and the price which is quite reasonable. The ground staff not really helpful, but it doesn’t matter as long you had a good stay at good room. My hotel was at 27th floor, it even great for the view.

Family vacation
Although the property is old , the bathrooms have been updated and our superior deluxe twin is really spacious, more than most hotels in Hong Kong. This is the hotel of my choice because of the awesome convenience offered in terms of public transport . The A12 airport bus stops a short 2 min walk from the hotel, and costs all of HKD49 from airport. The tram stops right in front of the hotel , not to mention all the double decker buses including cross Harbour bus routes. The staff is efficient and friendly. There are loads of F&B outlets, local and western, not necessary fine dining. Oh there’re some nice street art panels close by.

The room was comfortable and bigger than I anticipated (Superior Twin Room) for my mum and me. This is our first time to Hong Kong so I cannot say how the size is compared to other hotels but I have read that size is an issue. The bed was hard as mentioned by other reviewers, but we were ok with this and slept well. We asked for a room with a bathtub. We found the size ok, but I think it may be too small for men. I love the hotel location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. There were stores nearby so you don't have to worry about food. There is even a grocery store within walking distance. The staff at the reception were not friendly but they were efficient. The MTR station is about 8 minutes slow walk. You can also take the Buses and the tram, which stops just outside the hotel.
