Holiday Inn GOLDEN MILE HONG KONG, an IHG Hotel

I can say the hotel well manage and good maintenance.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in the family room. Turned out it was under renovation. We did not get any information nor any notification at the time of booking. It was noisy with banging and drilling sounds since morning to afternoon. The hotel is very old and a bit moldy here and there. Definitely need renovation but would be nice if they inform it before guests made a booking. Good sides are: We love the location, that ' s why we choose this hotel. Very near to shops, MTR station, restaurants and very convenience to go anywhere around. Towels are super clean and the staff are amazing, especially the cleaning service. They gave us more waters when they saw there were four of us staying in the room. Apart from the noise, everything was very fine.

Almost every year came to HK and always had a great pleasure for staying in this Hotel. They always considered for Early check-in, helpful and more friendly. Rooms are bigger compare to others, and the best location! ❤.

Good place. I sent my kids to stay there. They liked, good and safe area.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is good with convenient transportation. Staff are polite, I would like to recommend to friends.

the hotel is so easy to access just right outside exit of the MTR. The staff were very accommodating they were so thoughtful to help me out get into my room when the key card won't work. the food too is great! I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back next time I travel to Hong Kong and oh did I say there is a free shuttle that drives you from the airport express terminal at Kowloon to the hotel?
