Love the service and the cleanliness of the room. Near MTR station and attractions.

Quite a busy place, so slow check in and busy at breakfast, etc . Great location easy to walk around the local area and down to the harbour. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly..

HIGM is a great hotel for location, big rooms, and a great executive lounge. It does need a little work on its decor to make it a bit more modern.

The hotel's location was perfect as it was walking distance to the shopping malls and a lot of food options nearby. The hotel room felt a little dated and in need of a refresh - in terms of furniture/fittings. Nevertheless, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels etc were fresh. Would not mind returning for short stays.

Good location. Up to date faclities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room airconditioning could not be adjusted so room was a bit cold.

this place shows a little bit of age but it is very clean. we had some issues with shower but this was addressed quickly when we brought it to staffs attention. the hotel also provided us with wheelchair free of charge for my elderly mother to tour around with in the city. the staff are friendly and courteous.

The room is in bad state, musky smell and it is very small. Wifi not working even though there is a big router in the room. Cleaniness is below since the bedsheet had a stain. A big cockcroach was flying around in the room and thankfully i killed it before it can hide further. Curtains also have holes, flooring has holes and patches, switches are also stained with dirt. See photos. The hotel tried to be "eco-friendly" by charging for toothbrush and basic toiletries which other hotels in HK don't. At checkout, the counter staff already charged on the credit card but wanted tonkeep all details of the card in their system. Asking them why they need to key in everything from name to card number, cvv and expiry date etc, their reply was their system requires. I objected but they insist else they don't accept the payment which already went through via VISA. I think this is the worst state of IHG hotel in the region.

I come to Hk once a year & Holiday Inn Golden Mile is the best hotel I have stayed in TST. I got an hour extra for checking out & the bed is very comfortable. Staff members are genuinely friendly.

Old, dirty. We found a bunch of hairs in clean towel. Water bottles had been opened and refill with water in both rooms. This is very disappointing and very unhygienic and could caused sickness to guest. We can't believe this is happening with IHG standard!. Only 2 staffs who at least smile and greet were the 2 concierge on our last day of check out. Room is very old, dirty and outdated. The only good thing is the location. No greeting, not friendly like how IHG brand standard. No other benefits for members just because we booked via 3rd party, yet this is cheaper than booking direct.
