Excellent hotel. Great location with spectacular views. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Quite a long wait during check in even though it was evening hour. Most of the staffs are young and surprised to see couple of Filipino staff at the door and front desk. Feel like have arrived in Philippines than Hong Kong. Requested a corner room as am a light sleeper. However, there’s still quite noisy from corridor area especially when housekeeping were cleaning other rooms. I find it’s not value for money for the room. There’s no upgrade of room even though stated on Hotel.com. that this hotel able have free upgrade. Other than that, the location is great- easy walk to TST MTR station, food and shopping.

We stayed at the Mondrian for 3 nights. It’s like a boutique hotel. The room was quite small, but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. You get a mini fridge that works extremely well for cold drinks. Most other hotel mini fridges barely keep things cold. So if you visit during the summer, that will come in handy. We didn’t try their breakfast, but Avoca on the 38th floor has a beautiful view of HK. The area around the hotel was lively with many great eateries and shops! Only a few steps away from the nearest MTR station, so it’s very convenient. In that MTR station, there are more shops to peruse. Also walking distance from harbor city area with big luxury brand stores. I would consider staying at this hotel again due to its location.

Great location walkable to Canton Road, the waterfront and the Starferry. A huge selection of restaurants and bars alongside the hotel. Breakfast is amazing with outstanding views of the city. Good size, clean room with very helpful staff. Highly recommend a stay here

Very clean. New facilitiy so all new and clean. GREAT rooms for Hong Kong. Great location. MTR is literally next door. And quick walk to victoria harbour. Central to everything. Great work out room. Roof lounge area is incredible. The one thing I felt was missing was a real lobby. There really isn't one. Staff were EXCELLENT. I would absolutely stay there again.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Corner room was stunning. Loved sitting and looking at harbour view with my coffee in the morning. Amenities in the room were great and breakfast had so many good options it was hard to choose.

Have you ever been treated like a thief in a hotel where room rates are $600+ a night? The Mondrian HK is the perfect example of a brand that is all marketing ZERO delivery. Check in was ok. Room was tiny even for HK standard. Mattress was Motel 6 quality. Avoca was understaffed with terrible service and management. Never went to a restaurant where there were more hosts than waiters. Breakfast was way subpar by HK standard. Eating breakfast in a "night club" is not my idea of luxury. The winning move was the check out. I was asked if I had consumed anything from the overpriced mini bar. I said no. Then was asked to sit on a bench (lobby looks like the waiting area at a mall toilet) while they checked the room to make sure I was not lying. After 15 mins I was cleared and declared NOT A THIEF and allowed to leave!! Wow what luxury! FYI - also offered free cocktails as a "VIP" when I checked in - but that never materialized when I spend $4000+ at the bar inviting my staff... All fake - "Motel 6" with lipstick on does not equal luxury!
