Perfect location Too small room

It was about what I expected - small, aged, but decent value. Almost everything worked as it should, but I noticed the door could be unlocked with a decent amount of pressure on the handle (as you would normally open it), and the only additional lock inside was a small slide lock. From a security standpoint, not really the best but there was always a person watching at the main desk, and nothing was ever removed from my room. I was also annoyed by a fair number of small ants around the air conditioner that would likely have turned many people off. I have stayed in other guest houses before that were larger and did not have this problem, so I have given this a middling review.

I called ahead on the day of my arrival, as I knew I would arrive well after midnight. The call was fine, but when I arrived staff claimed not to have a record of my booking, which led to a 30 minute check-in at 1.30am, despite my having a print-out of my confirmation from Expedia. Staff wasn't exactly enthusiastic about trying to sort out the problem. So, not a great first impression. Room was small by broom-closet standards. No hot water, no towel, no window - at least no window that didn't have cardboard taped over it - and not clean (and I'm a single guy, so for me to consider it not clean ...). on the plus side The bolt, the only way to make the room secure from the inside, almost worked. There was a plug adaptor, which was the only amenity in the room not nailed down, literally. I was asleep for all but half an hour of my stay, and happy it went that way. Although my experience wasn't great, if you just want a bed for a night (I didn't check out the shower because of the absence of hot water, soap, towel), and if you don't find the large groups of Africans wielding an assortment of weapons in the entrance way disconcerting (access is via a street level shopping mall), there are probably worse places to stay.

Facilities: Tired; Service: Inferior; Reception person could not read or write and was not Chinese so no excuse.

Facilities: Shabby, Horrible, Run-down, have seen dog hoses clean;

Facilities: A/Cwifishower over loo; Value: Low-priced; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Grubby, No matress protector; Shame it wasn't a little cleaner otherwise I would have stayed for the 4 nights I booked instead off 1.

Facilities: Basic; Value: Reasonable; Service: Lacking; Cleanliness: Poor; Ok if you are on tight budget.

Facilities: Bare minimum; Value: Uneconomical; Service: Sloppy; Cleanliness: Messy;

Facilities: Unpretentious; Value: Great deal; Service: Very helpful; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Make sure you go to the correct building and lift

夕方17時頃にチェックインしに伺うと、施錠されており、電話番号が書かれた紙が貼られているだけでした。データ通信のみのsimの私は何もすることができず廊下で1時間ほど待たざるを得ませんでした。 ドライヤーがあると書かれていますが全部屋で一つとのことで、他のお客さんが部屋の中に持ち込んでしまっていると使えません。 時間に余裕がありいい加減さを楽しめるバックパッカーにとっては最高の安宿だと思います。全部含めていい思い出です。

重慶マンション　最初は緊張しました。　しかし香港のホテル代は高すぎですね。 スタッフの方はフィリピン人簡単な英語で鍵の説明など丁寧にしてくださいました。 エアコンはよく効くのですが機械音がうるさすぎです。 耳栓を使用することをお勧めします。

到着が遅れ、明け方のチェックインになりましたが対応してくれました。

香港は数回渡航、重慶マンションは初めての宿泊です。 重慶マンション正面に乗り一直線に歩いた後、突き当り手前のCエレベータに乗ります。 エレベータ手前の案内にしっかりと『１３階大阪賽館』と書かれています、が....... 13階に到着し、右側大阪賽館のドアを開けようとした処、鍵がかかっていまして一瞬、？になりましたが、左側の新格蘭賓館（ニューグランドハウス）からフロントのおばさんが出てきて、そちらで宿帳の記帳を行いました。同じ経営者なのかと思いますが、初めて泊まる方は戸惑うかもしれません。 （私自身、あせった。） 設備については、掃除は入念に行っているようです。ベットの下も綺麗に清掃されていました。 但し、皆さんご存知の通り部屋は大変狭く、エアコンのスイッチを入れると室外機の横にでも居るのか？という非常にうるさい音が聞こえたり、トイレとシャワーの間隔が狭く、シャワーを浴びると様式の便器が水びたしになります。ので、気になる方は耳栓と、ペーパータオルを持参したほうが良いかも知れません。 （この２点については重慶マンション内の他ゲストハウスでもおそらく同様でしょう） 評価については人それぞれですが、私自身の評価としては、立地条件☆×５、価格☆×５（香港の宿泊事情を考慮して）居心地は☆２－４（いろんな意味でテンションがあがったりさがったり）をつけたいと思います。

좁고 습하고 냄새나고 답답해요. 숙소가 아니라 감옥 같아요. 화장실 겸 샤워실은 아담한 제가 들어가도 좁아서 씻지도 못했어요. 더럽기도 더럽고.숙소비 아낄려고 싼데 잡은건데 가격 값하는거 같아요.

まず、ホテルのサイトの写真は全てダブルの部屋です。 シングルに泊まったのですが、広さはベッドとシャワー含めて３畳あるか無いかって感じ。 窓が付いてる様に書いてあったと思ったんですが、エアコンで塞がれてます。 遅くてすぐ満員になるエレベーターで１３階まで行き来するのも面倒。 宿代の高い香港でどうしても安く泊まりたいって人以外は止めた方が良いです。
