Location is very near to arrival hall Terminal 1 of Hong Kong Airport. Room and bed are comfortable. Breakfast is okay and there’s halal corner. Perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and Ngong Ping Cable Car, because it’s also near and there’s free shuttle from hotel.

The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken care of. I did not get back till later in the evening and I had not talked with them but found that indeed everything had been taken care of including a new refrigerator. I am peased to say, out loud, for anyone who will listen, that, it's because of the staff, I would would rate it a six star hotel just from their effort. Mr. M... & Ms. J… made it all happen. Now I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is large and has accommodated travelers for decades. The issues I experienced happen every where, the energy put into making them right; however, other properties are unlikely, IMHO, be hard pressed to perform at the level of the team at this hotel. Yes. They won me over. I shall stay here again on my way through Hong Kong.

Super Transit stay hotel great location, convenient, just short covered walk after arrivals Hall A HKIA. Service is excellent, friendly and very happy staff. Breakfast is great. Beds kind of hard.

Reasonable size room overlooking one of the runways, but windows are double glazed so no loud noises. Bathroom was a winner as was the super comfy bed. Check in was efficient and front office staff were very helpful. Didn't have breakfast. One of the on-site bars had ok food but very price. Location to the airport is a plus plus.
