Easy check in and out. Excellent location with tons of restaurants and shoppings nearby. Only 2 minutes walk to subway station. Staffs are very polite. Will stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, which is why I stayed here twice—once for 5 days and another time for 6 days. My first stay was in room 2385, and my second stay was in room 2383. Room 2385 felt relatively newer, with better water pressure from the faucet, a faster-draining bathtub, and a more efficient hairdryer. However, the WiFi in this room was terrible—I’m not sure if it was just my room or a general signal issue during those days. Also another downside was the bathtub it was the narrowest I’ve ever seen in any hotel, making it very uncomfortable to use. Overall, the hotel feels a bit outdated. Aside from the great location, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The bed was to hard but we very quickly got a topper and it was fine. But make sure you know Hotels.com do not include a tax the hotel asked for.

Noise reduction horrible, water pressure was poor and toilet not able to completely flush for the whole time of my 7 days stay until make up room daily by the staff. Location is excellent for shopping and transporting in the area. Staff was nice and spoke great English.
