amazing location, surrounded by great malls and shops that open until late night. the room is big, clean, and great decor. the service is excellent, worth the money. my mom (58 years old) was very happy with the hotel and the locations. so many great food nearby. and near MTR train, so convenient to go around Hong Kong. thank you The Mira Hong Kong.

I would like to raise a concern that Mira as being a luxury hotel can accommodate situation where the guests waiting lobby area, allows guests to lay flat on the sofa sleeping and not for a short period but let them sleep there for a long time. It is not one person but a few person! I found this is so englamours image of the hotel. The staff at the hotel lobby simply ignore it and let such situation happens. Imagine as I sit there waiting for my other colleagues coming down from their room, I feed so uncomfortable. I think the hotel should look into such situation and should find out from these guests reasons why are they sleeping at the waiting lobby sofa but I saw hotel staff seen it but simply ignore it.

Be warned the lifts are being serviced and can lead to crowding at busy times. Also demolition building works next door. Being a VIP Expedia hotel I thought the drink voucher would be for an alcoholic drink - it wasn’t. I did like my room but it looked out to the building works which was annoying and there were lots of noise from people coming and going in the hallway. Not sure I would stay again.

Very good location. Not much view from the hotel coz it's more about access to shopping area, not view. Room facilities are okay though dated, can see white water marks on the black interior in the bathroom. Nice looking though bad design basin as water easily splashes haha. An otherwise good stay.

Very nice room close to Nathan Road but very quiet inside. Bathroom has walk-in shower and bath. Comfortable bed and plentiful electric outlets. Breakfast was decent if not amazing. This is our second stay there and we will be back.
