Excellent location and good customer service! We arrived early and they allowed us to check-in with no extra cost. They also provide luggage storage upon check-out should you wish to explore more on your last day. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay here! Will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends. When you enter at the lobby, it smells really good, like a scent of a d&g blue perfume. The view from our room was amazing. The location was great too. Thank you so much!

This property exceeded my expectations as they upgraded us to a suite. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, right next to MTR and extremely convenient. I would definitely book here again in the future.

It has all the conveniences and ambience of an expensive hotel but costs a lot less. The indoor pool and gym are nice. The coffee shop offers a great lunch menu. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood. Many tourist attractions are only minutes away. Various modes of transportation are easily accessible and get you to where you want fast. Staff members are courteous and helpful. I got a room with a fantastic harbour view. Highly recommend.

The hotel could not be in a better location for a tourist. It is just steps away from the harbour promenade, the ferry to Hong Kong and to the MRT. The only housekeeping they do is pick up garbage daily and even this was not done every day in my room. Would like a bit more be done, at least to pick up the towels daily if left on the counter. Book a harbour view room - it is worth it to see the light show every night

We paid for a room for 3 adults and the extra bed was a camp bed ie not fit for purpose. For the cost of the room I would expect all beds to be of the same quality.
I would have preferred a kettle in the room . We had a device that heated the water up but we frequently needed repeat attempts at making a drink as the water wasn’t hot enough .
I think it’s a bit of a cop out to say the room won’t be cleaned more than every 3 days as part of some eco policy . Part of the pleasure of staying in a hotel is being a little bit pampered with my bed being made . I don’t necessarily want clean sheets / towels every day.

As part of my vacation, I hired a bicycle to do some road cycling around Hong Kong. The staff questioned me everytime I entered and exited the hotel about the bike in spite of the concierge assuring me the bike is fine before I rented it. I found this a little annoying.
