Ideal location lots of local bars, restaurants, local grocery shops also no more than 20 / 30 min walk in any direction to all the great tourist spots however Tram & metro on the doorstop just download the Budapest Go app. Accommodation its self could have been cleaner and lack of lighting in entrance was slightly intimidating on arrival however was fine once you knew what to expect. No comfortable seating area if you chose to have a night in a small couch with coffee table would have been better rather than the large awkward dining table. Communication with owners was fantastic though, extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend for groups/couples for short break stays.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. We were a little apprehensive about the building entrance which looks quite run down but, once inside, the apartment has been renovated to a modern, high standard and felt very secure. Good communication with BQA - it is AI-based but did have a real person step in when needed. Location is great for getting around - 3 min walk to a tram stop, 10 min walk to a Metro stop and 30-45 min walk to most attractions - though it was very noisy at night (bar downstairs and other bars and restaurants around).

My wife and I took our two teenage children to Budapest and stayed here. It was very convenient to walk from the main bus terminal and had plenty of food options nearby for us all. It was within easy walking distance of everywhere, including the shopping areas, all five bridges and the Houses of Parliament. Communication from the owners was clear and excellent. The apartment was very good quality and was presented very nicely. I am very fussy about cleanliness and I was very happy with the standard of the apartment. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Budapest. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Not the best. Promised money back never received. Had to sleep on the floor as the bed was broken on arrival

We did not receive information on how to enter the building and nearly had to book another hotel as we couldn't get a hold of the owner when we arrived for a long time. We did not have WiFi for 3/4 days we were there although the apartment states that it does and when I messaged about this I received no answer. We also received no hand towels for drying hands after washing. Communication was poor and the apartment was also dirty in some places like the shower. Would not recommend!

They were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, the room was clean and spacious, no complaints.

Host was amazingly helpful. Apartment was very clean and within walking distance to most attactions ... about 45 minute walk form Buda Castle district.

Eyal was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the clean apartment.

Our room was off a noisy street, but if you like nightlife then this is a super convenient place to stay. It also has working A/C for the summer months! We got a great price, too. We ended up with a loft which might not be great for older people or those with disabilities as it has stairs with no safety rail to the right, but a handrail against the wall on the left. If you use wireless earbuds to sleep in then the street noise isn't a problem. It wasn't for us. I definitely recommend this place for younger people. Affordable and nice. For older people in good shape, this can be a nice way to afford an extended stay in Budapest as long as you can deal with the street noise. Oh, and it's near the number 4 and 6 trams. Basically, easy transportation anywhere you want to go in Budapest. The host gives great recommendations and is responsive, too.

The property is near to most touristic locations and has direct connections either through bus or metro. The property was very clean and well maintained. Eyal made everything very easy for us from checkin to referring us to some local insights in Budapest. Overall 10 on 10.

Well situated apartment. Was very easy to get around and the perfect size for our party of 4. Especially since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. Host left very clear instructions for entry and we were also offered luggage storage for the last day. Would book again.

The apartment was very good value for money. There was a double bed and a sofa bed that could be made up if needed. The apartment had obviously been renovated recently - all new & very smart. It was spotlessly clean. The communication was very good. I was offered storage for my case on my last day. They also organised airport transfers for me.

Modern, clean apartments in the heart of Budapest! Great location, everything is in walking distance, shops, restaurants are on the doorstep. Great communication with the host, lovely helpful staff. We had a lovely time, and we are already planning our next visit! 😊
