From arrival to departure the staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and ultra comfortable and a short walk from the main city centre but far enough away to be quieter Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was excellent value for money

Decently located and nice room, but not up to the normal Eurostars high standards. The air condition was barely functional. First room was just hot, moved to a second room, started off ok, but then got hot, third room was not quite as bad, but the clearly weak hotel wide air con was just not conducive to a good night sleep, and it was 32C during the day, which is pretty common in the summer. Excellent shower, which was needed given the hot room.

I was very impressed with the Eurostars Ambassador hotel in Budapest for a recent business trip. Really nice hotel, good location. Very clean, great rooms and breakfast. Highly recommended.
