Parking was easy. I was overall happy. I didn’t opt in for the breakfast though.

The young lady at reception needs to learn how to smile. Such a bad way to enter the hotel. Otherwise it was fine. Good breakfast and room was clean.

We have family in Gyor and hace stayed in this sane hotel probably 10 times over the past 5 years. Very happy staying here apart from one time when asked to pay up front as this was the managers conditions of stay despite givong a credit as security. Crazy policy as never happened to me before.

Emergency traveling in the time of quarantine. Everything was satisfied!

Great location and facilities

This modern Hotel Is a 20-min walk from the centre and opposite a large Shopping Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. It lacks a bit in character but I couldn’t fault facilities and there was an excellent buffet spread at Breakfast. Great value option. Gyor itself is a delightful town and well worth a couple of days of your time

Positives: Excellent location, parking, wi-fi, air conditioning, friendly and helpful reception staff. restaurant, breakfast. Negatives: Bedside lamp - not working, reported but no response, we had to fix this. Shower rail - broken and unusable. Coffee making facilities not replenished on a number of occasions, never any milk provided. Toiletries - don’t expect shampoo, conditioner or tissues. Guest information - room lacks any hotel or local amenity information. Some housekeeping staff appeared unmotivated and miserable. Breakfast - hot food ran on out on the Sunday, many guests were unhappy with the unavailability of the usual hot food selection. There appeared to be insufficient resources to cater for the number of guests taking breakfast on this day. The young man on reception was very helpful and did his best to help, it did seem however that they had no authority to get anything done. We could not recommend this hotel to our friends and family. It is clearly a business hotel that appears to lack general management and is happy with below average standards that we have come to expect from other EU countries. It maybe that the hotel owners are satisfied with current performance, it seemed to us however that effective general management and a fresh attitude is needed to engage staff to provide a better guest experience.

Okay hotel for short stay. A bit back to 80’s. Professional service at the reception.

The hotel is mostly fine. The staff was ok, as was the breakfast. The location is a bit away from the old town, but it is walkable. There was a very noisy wedding, which went on almost whole night. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, and the did not bother to fix it.

Hotel was booked for 1 night for a driver on his way back from Budapest to the UK. Hotel was easy to find, had plenty of outside parking even for an extra-large van. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and even prepared an early continental breakfast for his very early departure. Free parking, WiFi and breakfast were big factors in choosing this hotel, we would definitely use them again.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig aber ansonsten angenehm.

住宿星级对应价位与实际住宿体验不匹配，房间体验很差，短暂停留可以，但也不建议，不如国内的7天连锁或者汉庭。
