Helpful staff. The air condition in our room was making a lot of noise, I spoke to lobby staff and they immediately sent facility over to fix it.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location but somewhat spoilt as the superior room had the view of a brick wall a few metres away and no other room was available until the final night of our 4 night stay. Otherwise very good.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are excellent, very professional. The breakfast is fantastic. Our room with a danube view was FANTASTIC. It was a fabulous stay.

Excellent newly renovated property with excellent staff. Did not have breakfast there, but late bites for dinner and it was great. White Raven sky top bar has awesome service and amazing views.

I would caution about the room allocation. We booked a superior room, as did our friends. Our friends were allocated a high room with a nice view - what I expected when booking judging by the pictures of the room type and from a previous visit. We paid the same price as our friends. We arrived later - at 01.30am after a 12 hour delayed flight. We were allocated a ground floor room without a decent view and with a tiny shower room. We were told at the time of check in that another room might be available for an additional cost but we'd have to sort that out in the morning. We spoke to front desk staff in the morning who were firm that we would have to pay more for a higher room with a view - what our friends had got for the same price we paid. I spoke to the Customer Services Manager who was firm that we had to pay more. She offered us instead a complimentary breakfast - not what we really wanted as we had planned to eat out with our friends. She offered the complimentary breakfast to our friends too, but that really wasn't what we wanted. Our dissatisfaction could so easily been dealt with by waiving any additional charge for the room type we expected and that our friends had.

Very spacious room. Great view overlooking the Danube River and the Parliament Building; walking distance to several attractions.

Loved the hotel and enjoyed the location tremendously. It's a very quiet neighborhood but with plenty to see and good restaurants in addition to the hotel's.

Fantastic, hotel, positioned, next to fisherman’s bastion, and close to Buda Castle. The hotel is stylishly furnished, with great views and friendly staff.

Incredible views and location. The staff are polite and helpful. It was our second visit here and we weren't disappointed.
