Room was clean and staff were very helpful.

clean and cozy room, helpful staff and easy check-in / check-out . On top of all easy access to public transport.

Accommodations were great as everything in the city centre was nearby and the airport shuttle has a bus stop just across the street making it easy and very accessible. Would highly recommend.

Decent location, dated room and hotel.

Perfect location for someone traveling solo. Conveniently located to dining and shopping. Very walkable to anywhere no need for car rental or public transportation. I booked my tours thru Viator and my pickup location was feet's away!

Very small room, no closet space, live out of suit case but downtown.

Went with a group of 7. All our rooms were small and hot. One room had an extremely hard mattress which almost felt like laying on a boxspring and not a mattress. We also had a very, very tiny shower in our bathroom which flooded the floor everytime we used it. The floor in our room was all warped from water as well. Our friend's room across the hall had masking tape on the wall which was painted over as well as mold on the wall that was also painted over. My other friends room had water damage & stains on the wall/ceiling that got worse the next day. The towels were very small and thin. Would not recommend.

Great hospitality

Really good location for our need. At edge of city center, but close enough. Around the corner from bus stop 9 and a block from a very good food hall and 24/7 market.

The staff was extremely accommodating in that we called to let them know that the roads and weather were going to make us arrive very late, as in roughly 1 AM. They left a key where we could easily access it so that we didn’t have to do a proper check-in, which was very much appreciated. However, the bathroom, smelt strongly of urine. Both of the beds that we had were lumpy and VERY uncomfortable, and both creaked/popped which you could both feel and hear every time you turned over. Additionally, the noise from the street was very loud as there’s only one pane windows, so being so close to the street it was very noisy. Aside from speaking on the phone to make arrangements for getting into our rooms late at night, at no point did we ever see the staff even in the morning when we went to check out. A different guest saw us looking for staff, and told us that she had overheard the staff telling somebody else just to leave the key on the desk, and not worry about checking out.

This property was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. There was onsite paid parking. Only downfall was that the garage opens at 7am.

Place was very convent.

Area is close to bus stops and walkable to city center. Close to shops and eateries. Staff very helpful with questions I had regarding transportation prior to arrival. No one at lobby. We were let in remotely. It was not explained that keys would be in the room. The woman at the Boba shop begrudgingly helped us. She had a sign not to ask her anything about the hotel, which I did not see 😁

The location is fantastic. Across the street from a major bus stop (Hop On Hop Off, Flybus and tours. Lots of stors and restaurants nearby. Convenient store nearby that serves coffee and other hot items. The room was OK but when I asked about the laundry facilities, I was told that there was only a washer and it would be close to $50 CAD to dona wash. The availability of a washer/dryer should be removed from the description.

The property is very centrally located but it was extremely run down and dirty. The mattress was terrible and the sheets were threadbare. The walls were dirty in the bathroom and had chipped paint on windows and walls.
