Very limited with regards to restaurants close by...loved the heated floor in the entrance way for drying boots

Honestly I was expecting the worst after checking some pictures and reviews but I was pleasantly surprised once I got there. The room was clean and spacious and there was a small pub right in front of the hotel where you could grab something to eat as well. It's super far from the city centre but I didn't mind catching the bus every day.

This is a motel. Kind of noisy, not super cosy, but clean and affordable, near the airport and not far from the Blue Lagoon. We spent our last night in Iceland here. It was fine.

Hotel convient for very early morning flights. I wouldn"t stay in same hotel for entire stay but move to location I want to visit. Island is bigger than I thought so because of drive times had less time to visit sites.

The hotel is an older hotel with some improvements made to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Was difficult to get to and located in a small community between the airport and Reykjavík with minimal services in the community, only one restaurant. Breakfast was not included with the room charge. Needed to get transportation twice to stay there but front desk staff very helpful with arrangements for that.
