I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Hotel in Chennai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the super cool front desk team, who welcomed me with warm smiles and efficiently checked me in. The management team was also top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of.
The restaurant served delicious and comfortable food that catered to my every craving. The menu was diverse, and the presentation was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had during my stay.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the entire staff. The security team was super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a must to go hotel if you are in shollinganallur.
The staffs are amazing and are respectful.
I can’t point out a single problem with this place or facilities or services or the staffs.

Large rooms with kitchen. Quick checkin and checkout. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet for Breakfast. Budget friendly. Metro work is going on in the street. Hence the traffic congestion is normal in the area. Overall excellent place to stay.

Not going back ever. Service was extremely poor and the rooms while being decently sized is shaped in such a way that an extra bed clogs the entire room making movement a real issue. Breakfast was among the worst I have seen. Nothing was being brought out so whenever anything came, it went in 2 secs..

Pre-paid for 6 nights. Had to check out in two days due to personal reasons for the sake of my 6 month old daughter. Requested refund with hotel. Request was rejected and the Resevations department was rude with the response. Clean and neat stay but wont recommend due to poor customer service.
