DoubleTree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality. A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.

Awesome front desk staff. Specially the girl who helped me with my lost luggage.

Large room with a view. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only hitch is the toilet design (frosted glass - something I don't understand, and absolutely no hooks). Breakfast is repeated with no change in menu
