Great location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Rooms although on the small side were fine for 2 ppl. The bathroom fan is super noisy and irritating. They’re a nice bunch and all the staff were super friendly and would try to make your stay as nice as possible. I’d stay here again if in Mumbai as the hotel is no frills but has everything you need. Location is great as well.

Nothing unique. Bedsheets were not clean and had yellow stains like they haven’t washed for sometime

Good, but could so better as the TV unsuited was not working well as it was a very old one with the remote signals not working efficiently, was brought to the attention of staff, however not much was done to rectify the issue

I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff once again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful ... especially Glen, Manali, Milind, Revati and Dinesh with food and room service.

The start off was pretty good, they had sent a driver to pick me up at the airport since I arrived at 3am. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but it was very clean. They provided 2 bottles of water every day. For some reason the refrigerator was not cooling anything and my water stayed lukewarm. I bought bottle of wine and it refused to reach a chilled temp. They did provide disposable tooth brush and tooth paste daily. And the rooms were made up very nicely every day. Breakfast was included in the stay. The variety was not much but they had my favorite idli with chutney so I was happy and of course the chai was really good. There were a few good places to eat right down the street and also JW Marriot was across the street so I went and hung out at the bar there. Juhu beach was walkable from there and getting an uber to go places was super easy. Checkout was very quick and easy as well. If you are looking for a budget stay in Juhu, this place the way to go. I paid about $330 for 4 nights.

I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed.

very good location, close to good restaurent, we enjoyed staying except hot water for shower in the early morning due to the heater turned off 2am to 6am we had an early morning flight and it was hard to shower with cold water. their staff manage to turn on the heater as soon as we complain. Overall it's a good place to stay

Earlier it was a good property before but now they have degraded themselves with no help from front desk for early check-in when i requested but they being baised gave early check in next day to other guest. Washroom near front desk was so dirty and smelly even washroom in the bedroon was smelly.

Hello, I have several grievances regarding both the hotel and hotels.com. Firstly, despite selecting breakfast while booking the room through the app, the hotel still charged us separately for it. Unfortunately, this additional charge of 4500 rupees was not reflected on the receipt or the app screen. Secondly, the quality of our stay was subpar; we didn't even receive an executive room. Due to my busy work schedule, I didn't get a chance to discuss this with the manager or staff. Overall, I am disappointed with the poor management by hotels.com and Bawa Continental.

Loved my stay here

The hotel is located near the Juhu Beach, at a distance of around 5 km from the airport and around 28 km from Gate of India in Mumbai. The hotel has 24-hour front desk and a nice lobby area. The staff is polite and helpful. The free WiFi connection is very good. The room is quite small. The bed is comfortable. There is no view from the room window. The are tea maker and complimentary bottled water in the room. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room works very well.
