Hotel, service and facilities were great.

Amazing customer service- we were looked after by Shashi and the breakfast was top notch. We had dietary restrictions and the chef Devnegi specifically prepared few dishes for us. The Hotel is located in prime spot and has lot of shops in stone throw distance.

The cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff really stood out. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Candolim, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, with a lovely Goan charm blended perfectly with modern elegance. The moment you walk in, the vibe makes you feel instantly on vacation. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and spotless, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The beds are super comfortable, and the balcony views add a refreshing touch. In terms of value, it’s absolutely worth it for the experience you get — from the quality of rooms to the overall hospitality, everything feels premium. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — from the lobby to the pool area, everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The noise level was minimal, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Even though it’s centrally located, it still feels like a calm oasis. The service deserves a special mention — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel at home. As for amenities, the pool, gym, and restaurant are excellent. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in every way. The food spread in breakfast was amazing, with live counter and bakery items apart from the general breakfast items. Very nice decor and seating place. The location is quite good with many other restaurants and Candolim beach nearby. Very helpful & polite staff. The games area with Table Tennis, Pool, Carrom and Video game console was great. The swimming pool experience was also nice. The only reason I am not giving a full rating is because it did not have that WOW factor of a 5-star hotel. There is something extra in the care, service, facilities, space in a 5-star hotel. That was missing !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation

Everything was good , except there was confusion regarding pickup. Later on it’s was sorted .

The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent

The hotel was a delight to stay in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef, Gaurav, in particular was very accommodating. We would happily stay here again.

This Hotel was just amazing. I loved everything about it from the entrance with the vintage bike and GetLostInGoa sign to the rooms. The mesmerizing part was the outdoor breakfast place was like a dream with umbrellas hanging and the water falling and the ambiguity at its excellence. The rooms were big enough for two and the bathrooms were spacious which I love. So many cabinets and the perfectly tucked tea/coffee area was brilliant. Definitely a great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The taxi stand is conveniently located just outside the hotel and the beaches are very close by. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing with different veg and non-veg options everyday . Will definitely return here soon.
