The rooftop pool only had 2 beds next to it - and it was very small. We wanted to use it but there was nowhere to sit or put our things. Rooftop bar was lovely though and staff were very helpful.

Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and no sense of hospitality. It felt like the team had no training whatsoever. The most appalling experience was at Zeest Skybar. The restaurant manager’s behavior was outright arrogant, dismissive, and blatantly unfair. She enforced rules selectively — claiming weather restrictions for indoor seating, while allowing certain guests (notably those smoking) to occupy premium outdoor areas. This kind of biased and inconsistent behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management standards. Room service was equally frustrating, with delays exceeding 30 minutes and zero accountability. The staff was indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly untrained to handle even basic guest requests. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. The hotel fails on fundamental hospitality standards — professionalism, fairness, and service. Clean room , friendly staff , awesome food

Room was clean yet the shower had an issue , as the water would overflow. Drainage issue ? Staff was great & gym was alright for a quick workout. Would suggestion the weight to be a bit heavier. Regarding the breakfast, a lot the items were a bit cold and did not seem fresh.

Great stay. Super clean , food was excellent. All staff were super friendly and welcoming . They go above and beyong to make sure your stay is as confortable as can be. Highly recommended. The room was great and spacious. The staff took immense care in cleaning the room everyday and left it spotless. The food at Zing was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you want stay away from the bustle of Jaipur old city :)
