Kashi Vilaa

The Kashi Vilaa was located on a narrow garbage strewn street that also had large animal guts and feces. We arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 2pm which is check in time. Our rooms were not ready, and we were had to wait 20 minutes to get into our rooms. When my friend and I entered our respective rooms, I discovered my lone bath towel was wet and dirty and my friend’s towel had a dirty handprint on it, and he discovered his sheets had not been changed and had hairs and stains on them. Neither of us had toilet tissue. My bathroom floor was not clean, and both our faucets had not been cleaned. There was heavy dirt on and along the baseboards. We each reserved an executive room with a city view. Our rooms were not executive and looked out on a wall. We reported the issues to the front desk. They said they would clean the rooms while we were out, and they would remedy our complaints. We returned an hour later, and my friend’s room had been improved. My room was still dirty, but they replaced the towels and brought us each a roll of toilet tissue. We also experienced difficulty connecting to the hotel wi-fi. The employee who was helping us didn’t have a clue how to connect it and was eager to leave us. We found a much better hotel for about the same price as Kashi Vilaa, and we checked out within hours of checking in to the Kashi Vilaa.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. With 24-hour security, I felt safe and at ease. What truly made this hotel stand out was the warm hospitality, making me feel like I was home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5/5 star rating.

Newly renovated as of feb2025. Walking distance to The Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Very friendly staff. Quiet and secluded location for relaxing.
