Park Hyatt Chennai

Everything was great!

The hotel did not disappoint. Luxury place in the middle of Chennai. Staff, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. We are going back to this hotel end of June.

We stayed two days at Park Hyatt Chennai, the facility, staff and service are excellent. We’ll for sure stay here again if we come back to Chennai. We highly recommend it.

Loved it!

The housekeeper, Vinothini, maintained my room exceptionally well. I was impressed by her attention to detail and her kindness. The gym was fantastic. Lovely views from the top floor. The Spa was exceptional. Food was tasty, although a little on the expensive side. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my stay overall. The level of comfort is very high at this hotel.

The room was very nice, but the staff were the best. The concierge (Ishaq) was absolutely brilliant, helping me to sort out my ongoing travel arrangements and keeping an eye out to make sure everything went according to plan. The location is fine once you realise you are within easy walking distance of Little Mount metro station so you can explore any part of the city you want to from there (using metro and trains if you prefer that to cars, which I do personally). The local streets have some little eateries that are accessible and nice for dosas and other dishes that are served hot so ok for foreigners who can be ‘sensitive’ to local street food. Only thing I would have liked is a quiet place to have a beer at the end of the day - the bar was a bit noisy for me. The breakfasts I highly recommend - absolutely delicious, great service & reasonably priced. Also good to see staff hired from very diverse backgrounds, including people with different abilities. I will stay again.

As always another nice stay at park. It’s a beautiful property, loved their breakfast and services staff are excellent.

Beyond 5 star! Incredible service and facilities. The chef Swarmendu made custom meals for me nightly. Lucy in the spa has the gifts one hopes for in a therapist. Ganish the driver has great joy in sharing the city. Loved this property!!!

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Chennai. Staff was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was excellent too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Got up upgraded to executive suite. 😊

lobby and restaurant on lobby is very well done up. Hoever caulking in bath room is failing.
