Our recent stay at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka turned out to be a wonderful experience. During my previous visit last week after arriving from Canada, I had a small concern regarding my stay. What truly impressed me was the way the management handled the situation. Mr Bhupinder, personally reached out to me after my review, sincerely apologized and assured that my next visit would be be more comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed at the property again for two days and this time everything was excellent. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to Rohit, who was absolutely exceptional with his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at every step. His hospitality really made a difference. I was also happy to see the pool fully functional and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, clean, and very comfortable. It’s always reassuring to see a property that values guest feedback and takes real action to improve the guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my second stay memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be staying here again in the future..Highly recommended!

Lizards on 10th floor. The shower in some rooms has incorrect incline so water comes into the toilet area and sink flooding the whole bathroom instead of draining into the shower hole. Location is fabulous and convenient for food options and shopping. Really needs major renovations. They closed the pool area 1 day before my checkout because they had wedding/event preparations.

We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing. We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible.
