Had an amazing stay at Sajjan Bagh Resort. The property is beautifully maintained with a peaceful atmosphere, spacious rooms, and excellent hospitality. The food quality was really good, and the entire staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature, making it a great place to relax with family and friends. A special mention for the wonderful service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was perfectly managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pushkar.

Had a pleasant stay at Sajjan Bagh Resort, Pushkar. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it very relaxing. Rooms are spacious with a nice traditional touch. Staff is polite and helpful. it’s a good budget-friendly option for a calm getaway.

Dear We would like to formally register a serious complaint regarding our recent stay and monthly meeting organized at your hotel. Our entire team had planned a monthly corporate meeting at your property with the expectation of professional hospitality and standard services. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable at every level. To begin with, there was no proper arrangement or readiness from the hotel side. Room services were inadequate, breakfast quality was very poor, and basic hospitality standards were not maintained. After that, during lunch, we faced serious quality issues with the food. In dinner as well, the food quality was extremely bad; only one item (kheer) was acceptable, while the rest of the food was not fit for serving. When we raised these concerns with the hotel staff and management, instead of resolving the issues professionally, the situation escalated further. We were informed that the hotel manager is employed in a company, and during communication with that company’s ZSM, extremely rude, threatening, and inappropriate language was used. The hotel staff went to the extent of abusing us verbally, and the situation nearly turned into physical confrontation, for which the hotel employees themselves appeared prepared. It is deeply disturbing that we, being corporate professionals, had to face verbal abuse and threats after paying full charges for services. We did not come to the hotel to tolerate insults, harassment, or unprofessional behavior. Such conduct is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your hotel’s management and standards. We strongly advise all corporate professionals, business associates, and guests not to stay at or organize any meetings at this hotel. If anyone has any association or property linkage with this hotel, we recommend avoiding such properties in the future. We expect this complaint to be taken seriously and appropriate action to be initiated to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Staff, food, Rooms was excellent, we had fantastic brilliant stay in resort. Thank you very much for pleasant stay at sajjan bagh resort Pushkar. Beautiful mountain Lush green garden in resort. Pool is neat clean.
