We did get off to a rocky start at this hotel with the service and communication, however they did turn this around and provided excellent service for the reminder of the stay. During our trip we also stayed at the Oberoi and i have to say the Service there is a lot better and personal than the Leela.

We stayed at the Leela for just two nights, since we were in transit to Leh. The service and food in the Cube restaurant were absolutely great. So good in fact, that we did not try any of the other restaurants. Had we stayed longer, we certainly would have. As to be expected, the quality of the furnishings in the room were to notch.

The Leela Hotel is a haven for visitors to India. We were very well taken. Our room was on the fourth floor room711 and our butler was extremely accommodating. He was so wonderful. We needed help with packing as we had done so many purchases... He came and helped us with packing. He was very courteous and so respectful as well as the night Consierge was very polite. Overall it was truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE. ONE WE WILL NOT FORGET FOR YEARS to come.
