Our experience at the Oberoi Bangalore was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail — from the seamless check-in to the immaculate rooms and thoughtful touches — made our stay truly unforgettable.
The Oberoi is nestled in a serene, park-like setting, and opening the balcony door in the morning to the gentle sound of birdsong was such a peaceful way to start the day. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the bustle — yet still offered easy access to MG Road and the commercial hub.
The room was beautifully appointed with luxurious linens, modern amenities, and a stunning view. We dined at all three restaurants - Lapis for breakfast, and Wabi Sabi and Rimm Nam for dinner. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care.
What truly sets Oberoi apart is the service. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, housekeeping was impeccable and responsive, and the restaurant staff treated us like royalty. It felt like everyone genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.

The Staff went above and beyond. They took time and effort to connect with us in the lobby, in the dining hall and otherwise. They wanted to know our flight out and when they understood that our flight out was later than our checkout time, they were offered to extend our check out. Chef Dibyojyoti heard us call out Mishti-Doi and packed us a gift of much more - fresh Bengali sweets. We would have loved to stay more just because of the warm hospitality. Seems like the staffs has an amazing sense of pride in what they do and are given the authority to take care of guests with personalized and individual attention. The property is lovely and packs an old world charm of understated opulence.

The hotel has a lovely garden and pool area. The restaurants and bar areas are first class, it's also located near to lots of restaurants and bars if you want a change.
However, it's main quality is it's staff, everyone you encounter offers exceptional service with a smile. The room is slightly "dated" although I'm told a major upgrade is planned in the near future. Despite that we throughly enjoyed our brief stay.

Excellent staff and food was also very good. Highly recommend the Thai green curry it was the best I’ve ever eaten! And I’ve eaten a lot. The pool service was very good but a little maintenance required.
