Went on a tour and stayed here afterwords. 3 nites. Best hotwater i had on whole trip. Very good food in restuarant. Good value for money. Room fine and good AC. Only negative no frig.

Very comfortable stay near New Delhi railway station. Walking distance or a quick 2 min ride by auto. Very attentive hotel staff ( if you are courteous and reasonable in your request). Breakfast was very good with a variety offering.

Room size were terribly small, hardly little bigger then double bed size, not sure why they call it deluxe room.
Breakfast was served on fifth room were lift does goes, so difficult for people with kneen problem, food was not bad bit not too great also, i would say just ok to have.
Bedsheets and towels werr not of good quality now very clean, use to smell.
Their book use to offer complimentary airport transfer but when you actually reach there and ask for it they will start telling you terms and conditions for it. Over all it is ok if you are looking for 2 star level hotel.

This place is not worth the price. The rooms are not renovated and there is lot of dirt in bathrooms and rooms. The bedsheets have stains and not thoroughly clean. The staff is professional for the price you pay but the poor quality of rooms is discouraging. At max, this is a 2000 Rs hotel per night

Description and pictures did not meet the actual state of the property. My parents got a really bad small room on ground floor which was not even properly cleaned and even the fridge and microwave were not working.

The rooms looked a little tired & were in need of some TLC
The bathroom in particular, whilst clean was showing its age, with the chrome work very tarnished.
On a plus, the bed was very comfortable & breakfast was decent.

We went for my parents visa purposes and the location is so convenient and accessible. Hotel staff is very friendly and upon checking in when we mentioned the room is cold for my aged parents, they promptly brought in a room heater. Breakfast is good with limited options. Over all a good experience.

The hotel in run down, and the bathroom and the toilet is together. When you have a shower the toilet gets wet and the entire bathroom floor is full of water and unsafe to walk on.I will never ever book this hotel again.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful. If I asked for something they addressed it right away. I enjoyed the food, the breakfast was great and the room service food I ordered was excellent and very affordable.
The wifi was a bit rough, some days better than others. The area around the hotel was very rugged. Challenging to walk around and very crowded but I enjoyed it as it's very unique. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

Definitely not Prime, Balaji or Deluxe. Bathroom has a lot of mold and mildew, old linens, stained towels and extremely loud air conditioner. Friendly door staff, but otherwise, the other staff never really smiled. I would not recommend this place. I moved to a new hotel after a couple nights. Food was okay.
