Please evaluate the staff again, if the knock on the room is not opened, then don't just open it, you know the room has a guest. Besides, there is a telephone in the room, what's the point if it doesn't call the room... Reprimanded with the reason that it is SOP, where does any hotel have SOP, I feel this way... Regarding the room, it is also not soundproof at all, moving to the balcony is also useless, the sound of the road is clearly heard and noisy... Please improve the hotel management again, when working in a hotel, work in sandals, just change the name to inn as well.

I've stayed here many times and always get different rooms, sometimes okay, sometimes not so good. Yesterday, 206 was a bit unclean. We found a cockroach. Hopefully, you can be more careful about cleanliness.

Booking executive got the 5th floor, it was really noisy with music, clear vehicle sounds, not to mention girls screaming, previously I also booked executive got the 2nd floor, it was safe even though there were windows, it wasn't as noisy as on the 5th floor, hoping for comfort so I couldn't sleep

Everything is ok, the best, there's only one thing that is really lacking, the room is not soundproof, the sound of people walking in the corridor can be heard clearly, the room is cold, the AC is loud, the mattress is soft, in terms of soundproofing, it seems like it can't be fixed anymore, there's no need to renovate it again, the construction was wrong from the start...stayed from March 11-17, 2025

The floor is very dirty, like it hasn't been mopped until it's always black. The parking attendant asked for 10 thousand for parking, he said he only had to pay once. The next day, when I wanted to go out, the parking attendant asked for more parking money. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, but the shower made me angry instead of being fixed. No tissue was given so I had to bring my own. So it's not worth it for the price of 300 thousand+
