It's more like a dorm building around neighbouring houses. So can't do anything past 8 pm because the gate is closed even though there are a lot of food options outside. PROS: quite clean and nice room, WiFi surprisingly fast, very quiet area. CONS: you have to buy hot coffee/tea and the kitchen is closed 11 pm, no elevator so you have to work those legs if your room is on the 3rd/4th floor, no early check-in and the hotel's phone cannot be reached/unavailable

For me, it's 175 thousand wort, I get a room that looks like the minus, the AC is not cold enough and the tv has a lot of ants, I just like staying here because the rooms are really comfortable, especially the bathrooms are really clean, the service is very friendly and to enter the hotel, the hotel design is really good according to the photo tw traveloka has given a very recommended hotel 😍.

The entrance is through Orchid Loka. For free motorbikes enter the housing complex. For the car it seems you have to pay. The place is pretty good. Clean. Employees are also okay. KTP deposit and 100 thousand. There are 4 floors. No elevator. In the room there are 2 bottles of drinking water. Only one blanket. Spacious bathroom. There is warm water for bathing. There is shampoo, soap and towels 2. No toothbrushes and others. There is TV and internet but it's a bit slow. Overall it's good to stay and can also order simple food. For that price, it's cheap.

The air conditioner is cold, the water heater works, there is a smoking area in the room, the toiletries are complete but the rules are strict! Checking in early 1 hour is subject to a fine, late check out 1 hour is subject to a fine.
