I was enjoying my time in Alam Cordela. I didn't have much issue but the hot water. The staffs were all very helpful. You can easily find food around the hotel. It was really nice to stay in Alam. I will surely recommend this hotel for you.

We came early on 1 pm and fortunately the room is available. So we could get the room immedietly. The location is quite strategic. Many food stall near the hotel. The staff is helpful. They responsed our request to deliver our food, medicine, spoon to our room very fast since we got sick when stayed. The breakfast menu was OK (fried rice, slices of fruit, tea, greenbean porridge) and the taste was standard. Bedroom and bathroom cleanliness was OK.

Suggestions for hotels when there are new guests staying to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and pillow cases. It seems like they haven't been replaced with new ones. Because there are brownish spots. But otherwise, it's not bad in terms of comfort and hotel facilities.

Kecewa sama resepsionis yang perempuan yang lagi bunting, masyak handuk kotor minta uang cas laundry, padahal udah langganan nginap di sini, handuk kotor gak ada yang minta dan kenak cas apa-apa sama resepsionis biasanya yang cowo, tapi tiba resepsionisnya yang perempuan, handuk kotor di suruh bayar 50rb. Kalau gak mau kotor handuknya gak usah kasih handuk setiap hotel, nampak kali mau uang masuknya, bisa-bisanya kita disuruh bayar uang laundry, macam baru sekali nginap di situ kami dibuatnya ah, karena gak mau ribut aja kemaren karena kejar waktu, jadi gak mau perpanjang, intinya kecewa lagi udah sering nginap sana tiba dapet resepsionis yang cewe itu di minta uang cas, uh kecewa, 😡 tolong lah yang kayak gitu di tindak lanjuti. Nampak kali mau uang masuk.
