Their service was not good, especially for the receptionist girl that gave me a dirty room and then I ask her to switch my room but the receptionist at first they don't fulfil my request. The reason is that the rooms are full, even though the rooms are still available on the app and there are even other people who haven't checked-in yet. Really very unreasonable and that's very wrong etiquette as a hotel receptionist. Furthermore, I often stay here with my family, but why is the service different from what I got before. Very disappointed, I will never come back to stay here again.

What a pleasant stay in Allstay! The hotel is comfortable and homey, the location is very strategic, even though Simpang Lima is not too close but around it there are many good restaurants, the Mie Gacoan restaurant is attached to the hotel wall, even Janji Jiwa is in this hotel, the Krusty Patty Burger restaurant (the burgers are really delicious) is also in the neighborhood with Allstay hotels. Allstay Hotel's room service food is delicious, my kids order almost every day haha, the burnt basque cheesecake is really delicious! The hotel is close to everywhere, it's just the lobby that doesn't have a hotel vibe, like the living room of a house. Almost perfect if there is a refrigerator in the room, yes, for storing drinks, fruits that we buy from outside, maybe in the future a refrigerator can be added in the room. The staff and security are also very friendly, helpful, housekeeping is also clean and tidy, complete amenities are refilled every day without asking, good job. There is no swimming pool at this hotel because the purpose of our stay was for strolling to enjoy Semarang and its surroundings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Comfortable bedrooms, clean toilets, good food and enough variety. My suggestion is that the lobby should not be in the basement next to the parking lot because it feels a bit like that. Then for drinks, because there are no bottles, please keep the teapot and glass clean. Thank you.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Allstay Hotel. Now the hotel is different. Looks narrower. The security is fine, the employees are also friendly, order a room with a connecting room. So you can connect with your family. AC is not cold enough. The room also lacks a refrigerator. Thank you Allstay Hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, minimalist and has a large and free parking space. Drinking water can be refilled at the dispenser in the hotel corridor (cold/hot water) using the pitcher in the room. Looking for snacks/coffee is also close because the hotel is close to the five-way intersection, unfortunately the bathroom is narrow and there is no refrigerator.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic and the hotel staff is friendly. The best thing is the breakfast. Although the choices are limited, the taste of the food is delicious.
