Service cepat, hotel bersih, toilet luas, dan sangat kooperatif untuk permintaan2 customer. Have no problem sleeping here, pillows, comforter, and bed are so comfortable. Wifi connection is stable and definitely a good hotel if you're looking one for staycation/remote working.

I got 2 rooms with connecting doors. It was very helpful for the family. The bed was comfy, not smelly, the shower / toilet room is clean and spacious. The room has cabinet with a table and a table lamp. The internet connection is great. Overall a satisfactory stay.

A very underrated hotel, facilities were impeccable, breakfast was quite good considering the price. The best part was the staffs were supportive, kind, and polite. Kuddos to miss aprika, mas sigit and barrista at higher ground cafe. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Stayed here for a night and very satisfied. The service's good and the staff were exceptionally nice and patient. A very good hotel for staycation/remote working. Located near many cafe that's accessible to order from GoFood/GrabFood. The ambience itself's calm and relaxing, don't need to worry if you get a room in front of the pool, because they'll turn the fountain off at night. I don't feel like sleeping at a hotel because the pillow and bed is very cozy and the bathroom is very wide. Overall a very nice experience staying here, props to all of the Allura Azana Hotel team👌🏼

Really recommended, and I've shared with friends to come here because the facilities are complete, the food is delicious, the place is clean, it's near the Pujasera area too so you don't have to worry if you want to enjoy the cold Tawangmangu at night while drinking coffee + fried noodles.

Highly recommended, friendly service. Close to tourist and culinary spots. You can rent a jeep with fun offroad routes which are very exciting and accompanied by handsome drivers.

Staying here is really worth it at that price, the rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, fragrant, the check-in and check-out times don't take long, the staff are all friendly, especially the receptionist, security is very helpful and very responsive, on the 1st floor there is a swimming pool though not very spacious but enough for swimming, there is also a cafe on the 3rd floor, nice view of the mountains, good breakfast, next time to Tawangmangu will stay here again.
