Karena ini budget hotel, harus bisa kompromi sana sini. Pelayanan dari staff ramah, hanya fasilitas hotel yang menurut saya kurang memadai. 1. Petunjuk arah air panas dingin tidak jelas, kamar mandi tidak ada tirai penghalang, jadi kalau mandi, airnya ciprat ke wc. 2. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci. 3. Tingkat kekedapan suaranya tidak bagus, suara dari kamar2 sebelah tembus dan terdengar dengan jelas. Selain hal diatas, banyak hal bagus juga: 1. Deket dengan stasiun, ada juanda dan gambir; 2. Tempat cari makan seputaran juanda banyak dan ada berbagai macam pilihan, termasuk seperti alfa dan indomaret; Istiqlal, monas, deket sekali, jalan aja sebentar.

People smoking and making too much noise on the corridor in level 5 last night and very early in the morning. Will think twice to stay there again if no change with the rule. Overall everything else are very good including the breakfast.

The front desk staffs are not all friendly. Rooms and facilities will need to be refurbished soon. Faded pillowcases and bed sheets do not look"smart"ain't it?
