I had the most amazing experience ever while staying here. So, I booked for a regular room and requested for a main road view. Turned out the room that I booked didn’t have a main road view. But the receptionist was really helpful. She upgraded my room into a better and bigger room with the main road view without paying any additional fee. I also asked them to find the nearest clinic and they were super helpful. But the thing that I wasn’t really happy about was you can’t take your own breakfast. They do it for you. But overall, it was wonderful to have stayed here. This is the best experience ever. I really recommend you guys to stay here. You won’t regret it.

Checked in at 2:45 PM, booked two rooms. Couldn't request a floor on the grounds that the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet (?). The queue was also long during critical check-in hours (2-3 PM), but there was only one receptionist on standby. Very strange. Then, on Sunday mornings, it was difficult to get out because the hotel access was closed by CFD.
