I actually had the most pleasant stay here!! The room is big and equipped, they even provide an iron with board and a scale. The staffs are really really nice, they make us feel really comfortable, and they actually listens to us. I tell the front office manager that I stayed there for my birthday. The next morning the staffs came to my room and gave me a birthday surprise, that was really heartwarming. Thank you Amaroossa Cosmo, huge shoutout to Mas Ryan and other staffs, y’all are the best. Will definitely come back, thank you!!🤍🤍🤗👌🏼👍🏼✨❤️🥳

Throwing my friend's bridal shower here and we all having a great time! But sorry not sorry the venue was terrible :( The lift itself is not friendly. The vibes were dark (literally dark because they turn off the light for some floors, which is really scary). The room was d*mn hot, you can't control the temperature idk why I think it was broken. Besides, the room was dirty, like everything was dirty, the bedsheet, towel, bedcover (some blood spot🤮), only 1 barsoap 1 slipper. But, the receptionist was kind and helpful! Tengkyieeew

Dirty & dusty, especially the bathroom area. The bed room like was not well prepared, to be rented. All messy. Maybe it’s because of the long pandemic, but if you ready to open for guests again, the management should make sure all facilities are good to go and fix all the problems.

The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the food is pretty good, unfortunately the parking is limited but you can use valet with good service.

Check-in was so smooth, I came at 2.00 pm and the room was ready. There are smoking and non smoking rooms available. The water heater doesn't work properly. Pool can be used but looks dirty and too small for adults, maybe it's specifically for children, I'm not sure. The rest was fine ❤️

The location is before the Cipete red light so from afternoon to evening it is always jammed, and around the hotel there is no food or minimarket. The interior of the lobby and rooms are very nice. Standard breakfast menu, limited dining tables, and when I ate coffee was not available. Service at the reception is fast and informative. The condition of the room I was in was a bit lacking, there were no small towels for the toilet mat, the refrigerator was not cold, the sheets and sofa had stains, and when I asked for plates and cutlery they were not available because at that time there was a dinner party at the restaurant. In general, it's still worth it for the promo price that I got, but in the future it needs further improvement in terms of service and renewal of sheets, pillowcases, curtains and sofas that are a bit faded.
