The room's atmosphere is nice and cozy. However, the sofa could use a dry cleaning, with cigarette butts, dusty, stained, and really dirty. Plus, the sink is clogged, and the glass shelves are dusty, as if they haven't been properly cared for. The pool has a lot of moss and has never been cleaned, especially the adult pool. The breakfast is quite good and the menu is quite varied. The service is good, the staff are friendly and communicative. The lobby area is also comfortable.

The location is quiet, perfect for those who don’t like crowds. However, public transportation access is quite limited, so the easiest option is using an online taxi or motorbike.
The room was clean and comfortable. The AC is centralized, so you have to adjust it from the wall control panel, which is a bit less convenient. There’s a large sofa that should have been cozy, but unfortunately, it was dirty, which made me hesitant to use it... And TBH this was quite disappointing for my first stay. The TV was fine, but I think it would be perfect if they upgraded to a bigger screen. The room also had a mini refrigerator, but it was empty, which felt like a missed opportunity.

the room was very dusty, either it hadn't been filled for a long time or it hadn't been vacuumed for someone with dust allergies like me, my nose and skin were immediately noticed, even though overall it was clean, on the 2nd day I asked for it to be vacuumed and it felt different from the first day, but the service was really fast... as soon as I asked for it to be vacuumed it was done immediately... thank you... the food was delicious, the best thing was Indomie h🤣🤣 the taste was delicious, the stock was abundant and clean... checking out and checking in was not complicated 👌🏻👌🏻
