Staff was great, I arrived early at 11am to drop my stuff off and was not expecting to be able to get my room but they had it ready already and let me in. The room and bed was clean, few ants on the ground but thats expected in a villa. The pool was really beautiful too

Our trip was fabulous. Facilities and location are great, precisely located in front of Kuta Mandalika. There was a slight disturbance on Saturday night. The electricity in my room no. 5 went out because someone in room 6 was using a hair dryer.

This hotel is located in the first ring of Kuta beach, exit the hotel directly to Kuta beach with restaurants and convenience stores next to it so it is easy to buy necessities. The rooms are very aesthetic with a traditional concept but very clean, the rooms with a Resort concept so that between rooms have a distance of about 3 meters with a terrace in each room. In the morning we met foreigners sunbathing on our terrace because our terrace was exposed to the morning sunlight, the check-in and check-out process was very easy, even the staff had prepared everything. The drawback of this resort is that the TV does not work. It is very comfortable to stay here to rest and enjoy Kuta Mandalika beach.

The dim room should have bright lights because there is already a night light, so you can't read, change clothes, etc. There is gecko droppings. The bunker area is dark, even though there are only 2 rooms, the street lights to the room should be turned on so that it looks bright and attractive to other guests. The impression is a horror and dull inn. The restaurant is not ready at 9:30 am so breakfast is outside. The restaurant is also dim, not attracting guests to have dinner upstairs. Not bright because the lights are yellow and dim.

2nd time coming here, and because it is close to my project location. The facilities are that the sink leaks so the bathroom isn't very dry, but the rest is good. Clean and always tidied up and provided room facilities.: A great choice if you go to Kuta is this place.

Actually this hotel has a good/perfect location, right infront of mandalika iconic beach. But this hotel managed with unprofessional hotel management. (might be it was.) Dirty, looks old, Hotel staff walking around with no shirt and smoking. They shouting when asking, no front desk, dirty blanket. Nope, I won't go back there.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures : super clean and comfy. The place also near ATM centre and minimarket, we don't need any vehicle to buy something. Sure, I'm going to visit this bungalow for next holiday!!
