Deposit hanya bisa dibayarkan transfer melalui rekening perusahaan kami.

The check-in process is complicated, because it's not from the application but from Nusalink, so you have to confirm first with the Nusalink admin and later they will be directed to meet Nusalink staff, not the application, to hand over the keys and apartment unit access cards. The condition of the furnish is very bad, the curtains are not installed, there are no towels and toiletries, only small soap. No kettle to boil water, no stove. The condition of the kitchen set is damaged. Only helped by a good location, in the lobby area there is a food court, modern market, restaurant to pharmacy. My suggestion for the application is to only focus on hotels/apartments that are directly managed by online agents, not other parties so that it makes it easier to check in and so on. The application is also a third party for other hotel booking applications, such as budget hotels, Travelio and others. So confused when going to check in regarding this check procedure like an apartment.

Disini nginep disini! Sudah booking H-2 pas hari h bilangnya overbooked tnpa ada konfirmasi. Uang juga gk di kembalika alsannya offline!

Sangat buruk saya sampai pindah kamar dan buka kamar lagi pelayanannya cs buruk sekali beberapa kali di telpon ga di angkat-angkatdan sampai detik ini ga ada kompirmasi ke saya 😡.

Karyawan Nusalink nya kurang cooperatif, ketika ditanya tidak fast respon dan membuat pengunjung menunggu lama di lobby, kamar tidak ada amenities, tidak ada water heater, ada tv tapi gabisa dinyalain soalnya kurang colokan listriknya, AC ada 2 tapi 1 ga nyala. Di bantal ditemukan kutu. Tolong diperhatikan dan diperbaiki lagi semuanya. Terima kasih.
