Ga ada sabun, shampoo, ga ada tissue, air galonnya sedikit, ac cuma ada di satu kamar, ac di ruang tamunya ga dingin cuman angin doang kaya kipas angin 🥲. Tv nya bukan yang smart tv. Parkirannya harus bayar full seharian sampe bayar 45rb doang buat bayar parkir motor 😭. Padahal suka banget sama apart victoria ini huhu. Semoga lebih diperhatikan lagi detailnya dan besok besok bisa bikin customer pengen balik lagi buat stay.

There is no WiFi, the key cannot be used to enter the building, only the elevator. Going anywhere becomes difficult because you have to ask security for help.

If the place is good and good, it is only a shame the officers who guard the apartment are difficult to contact so check in is rather late and when we check out we are confused to return the apartment key because the guard's cellphone number is not active, fortunately the apartment owner is easily contacted and suggests that the keys be deposited with security guards. but when we handed over the key to the security guard, we were even reprimanded by the security guard on the grounds that we could not accept the key deposit, after we explained the conditions, finally the security guard would accept the key even with a heavy heart. Just a suggestion, ask the apartment keeper not far from his cellphone so that the tenant can easily contact him to check in and check out. But overall this apartment is nice, the pool is also clean, next if there's a chance, we want to use this apartment again. Hopefully the guard can be more cooperative

Not in accordance with what was offered, had to argue with the officer who was entrusted with the key to get gas to cook hot water and get bottled water. No shampoo or soap. The location is not strategic, far from the city center.
