The hotel is bustling but still comfortable for families, thanks to its children's play area with Instagram-worthy views. Check-in was flexible, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the staff and security were friendly. I'll definitely stay at this hotel if I ever visit Purwokerto again.

The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna. Next time I will stay here again..
