Quiet, clean room. Older style like marble floors, wood panelling, and towels/bedsheets are on the older side but clean. I had a peaceful few nights in a very comfortable bed. There were amenities like a hairdryer and bedroom slippers, a large desk for working at. Excellent location in South Jakarta, there are affordable eateries nearby including the Lucy Compound and Blok M. Very satisfied. The massage at the spa was nice until the masseuse used her dirty hands which had massaged my feet to also massage my face. That was an unpleasant end to an otherwise enjoyable massage.

Bad experience, booked the jacuzzi room which is a bit pricey and expect it to be a good experience yet we got dirty room, jacuzzi is dirty, no hot water which whats the point of jacuzzi. Bad breakfast. And the services/staff can only say"oke we are into it"but no action. So annoyed of how bad this hotel is. 3/10 rate.

The front desk staff was very helpful, my check in process was very quick. My bedroom was so nice, so spacious, with clean linen and bathroom. I also get my writing chair not a make-up chair, so I could bring my laptop to finish my work with fast wifi access also. My check-out process also very quick. I had a most comfortable stay in your hotel. Thanks in million.

Strategic Location, Surrounded Delicious Street-art food and foodies, 1 min walked away to MRT.

The room and the blanket smelled cigar, meanwhile I have requested non smoking room … please fix it.
