Upon check in I have to wait about 20 minutes more less as the staff is nowhere to be found. A person comes and never apologizes for the waiting. Regular check in proceed ID and ask for deposit I plan to stay 4 days via app and the property doesn't give refund option. Now I know why. The lobby looks dusty and not typical rental industry. The idea of capsule is interesting however compare to bobobox, this property is far behind. Cleanliness is number 1 I must say but the linen stain in the room and unbelievable bathroom with no water make me want to move. And yes I did move to other hotel with more value but worth it. As a guest whatever the budget is, we do not want to face a simple problem! A property that functions our needs as a traveler. The owner property should know better the problem of his/her business. As a lot of competition out there. For online agent, you need to filter the property that you want to sell. As somehow a refund option should be granted to ensure this kind of issue does not just let go. To summarize I will come back to other hotel if I am looking for the capsule experience.
