I go to Jogja almost every year but this is the first time I found an incredibly satisfying hotel, very homey, comfortable, and quiet. Not far from Malioboro, lots of food stalls. The price per night is very cheap, yesterday I got a price of 250 thousand, free popmie and unlimited refillable mineral water. The room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is very clean, the atmosphere is cool, basically makes you feel at home, 2 nights feels less. The best thing is the security guard and staff who are friendly and all act of service. The bathroom outside the room is also very clean. Yesterday I was helped to check in at 13.00 and was invited to wait in the lobby until 3 pm while waiting for the train home was also no problem. I give this hotel 10 stars, aka perfect! So it's a reward for the owner, security guard and staff 🙏🏻

Stayed here because I was taking care of my children who were starting college at UMY. The rooms are clean & the facilities (AC, TV, Water Heater) are all OK. The staff from the receptionist to the OB are all friendly. The surrounding environment is also nice & calm. Don't worry about looking for food because there are lots of places to eat on either side of the hotel. If you want to rent a motorbike, just look for information at the reception, because there is also a motorbike pick-up and drop-off service from the motorbike rental to the hotel, so we don't need to be tired anymore. Next time you want to bring your children to Jogja, you will definitely stay here again. ❤.

For the price of 100 thousand rupiahs, I think this is really good, so the room is clean and fragrant, the room is bright, no worries, the TV is really big, the AC is great, you get 2 towels, you get 2 bottles of drinks, toiletries are also provided, the hot water is also really cool, the car park is limited but the management is quick to help find parking + if you want to go out, they also help, check in is fast, the staff is friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for resting. The area around the hotel also feels calm and supports a holiday atmosphere. The staff are very polite and friendly, making guests feel warmly welcomed. The facilities provided are also complete—in each hallway there is a water heater and a choice of coffee, tea, and mineral water that can be enjoyed at any time. Interestingly, guests can also refill mineral water for free from the dispenser available in front of the room. One of the main attractions is the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a view of the city of Yogyakarta from a height—very pleasing to the eye, especially at sunset. The location is also very strategic, located on the main road with easy access to various popular places in the city, especially to the Tugu area and its surroundings thanks to the one-way route that leads directly to the city center.
