Hotels in Kuta Alam

They are very fast response and accomodating. We called for early check-in and they facilitated us very well. The location is also very strategic. Obviously as expected from one of the best hotels in Banda Aceh.

Very small room but cleanliness verygood. Helpful very friendly and helpful.

This hotel have a good service. However, there is no parking lot for a car. And also no space in the room for praying. The room is too small.

Everything is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. But one thing to know is that the wifi is only available at the lobby.

Very not recommended. Lighting, bed, bathroom were very bad.

Just want to make sure all the travellers know that all the rooms (except the most expensive one, at the price of Executive suite in a Mercure in centre of Jakarta) are without windows. So you literally pay to stay in prison, that is how I would call it. If that's OK with you - no problem, but I wish I would have known that before I booked.

The room was under standard. Cleanness was sub standard. While I stayed there the lift had some trouble. I had my brother with wheel chair stayed at 5th floor and had to wait at the ground floor for. Several hours until the lift was fixed as they have only installed one lift.
