Great stay at Artotel. From the hotel, it’s just a 10-15 mins walk to Mentingen Hill while you get a great view of Mount Bromo. Although room is not facing Mount Bromo, sunrise view from the room is wonderful too. It gets chilly at night, thus warm clothing is needed. the most important thing is that this inn is clean and has a good view from the room. I ordered a king room. so I got a shared balcony. there is also an outdoor seating area. delicious food. complete TV. suitable for holidays with children. hot water for bathing is also available. even though that is the complaint on average for inns in Bromo. but not here. the response from the receptionist is also very fast. thank you

It has a great view and is easy to find. The hotel staff are very helpful too. The restaurant was already closed when we checked in, but they opened the kitchen for our (party of 9) dinner. The hotel rooms are considerably clean, also the toilet. In general, it was a nice stay.
