The Mangoes Suite is a 3-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel to me. I love the service, the rooms, and the food. The place is quiet, the lobby is clean and aesthetic, and the staff are kind and friendly. Basically, The Mangoes is one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta right now 🫶🏻 And you have to go to the rooftop. Swimming is a must while enjoying the rooftop atmosphere.

My second night at Luxeur, late check-in was incredibly easy and fast. The front desk was prompt and friendly. I stayed in the same room and felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable and high-quality. The room was clean and comfortable, and very close to my activities. The hot water for the shower was steady. Toiletries were complete. When I checked out in the rain, the security guard at the front desk promptly helped me with my luggage. They also provided an umbrella, so I could get around comfortably. Worth every penny.

The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.
