it is really nice place to stay. we spent just 1 night over there just for transit to Bali. the ambience of the forest was so majestic. from Old temple up to the Jawa Jiwa we were amaze with the scene of the sighting. deep jungle and then suddenly we saw the tents. from no mobile network coverage to the WiFi provided in tents area. amazing. we also could have an online meeting inside the jungle. one thing that annoying was the monkeys. they threatening us especially the alpha male. I had to bring baton stick for precautions as they were showing fiery face with fangs. that was why we always stayed inside tent as it was not good to stay in front of the tent as the monkey will come and asking for food. I have suggestion to the owner. Please lower down the water outlet on washing table. it is to high causing water spattered to the persons who are using it. also the shower need to have a curtain to cover the water spray so it could fall only to the rocks in the bottom not to the area of toilet as it will make water flooding the toilet as the sink is not properly installed.

Since the very first moment I checked in at Dialoog Banyuwangi, I was welcomed with such a warm and genuine smile. All of my special requests were thoughtfully handled by Mas Miko, and I was even kindly upgraded to a higher room category than the one I originally booked. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel area is clean, peaceful, and quiet—a perfect place for someone like me who is currently going through mental and emotional healing. I will definitely come back and stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi again. Perhaps many hotels offer similar facilities, but Dialoog Banyuwangi has truly won my heart, and it will always be my first choice whenever I return to Banyuwangi.

As two girls on a weekend getaway, we found the hotel quite busy—but despite that, the staff were incredibly welcoming, quick, and friendly throughout our stay. Comfortable, clean, fragrant homestay, which is far from the noise even though it is located in the center of Banyuwangi city, wherever you want to go is also close, close to cafes, bakeries, if you want to look for breakfast in the morning there are people selling wrapped rice, to Ramayana only 5 minutes, really if you go to Banyuwangi this homestay will be highly recommended, if there are no minuses, maybe the homestay is relatively new so it is still clean, the service is also very good.
