The receptionist was friendly and allowed a 30-minute check-out delay because my child was still taking the UI SANG exam. If asked if I would return, if my family and I have another event near this apartment, Midtown Residence would be highly recommended.

Stayed at Brix Hotel for 5 nights and honestly had such a great experience. The highlight for me was definitely the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile and were quick to assist whenever needed, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The room itself is quite compact, but it’s very clean and everything is clearly well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and coming back to a fresh room after a long day out was always appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The body wash, hand wash, and shampoo all smelled amazing and honestly felt much more premium than what you’d normally expect at this price point. The location is another plus. It’s very accessible and within walking distance to the MRT. Overall, excellent value for money. Comfortable stay, wonderful service, great location, and thoughtful details throughout. Easily a 10/10 for me and I would happily stay here again.
