Stayed 2 nights at the Arjuna 1 Hotel, a strategic location that's highly recommended. But we have a little story, hopefully, it will be better in the future. Regarding room availability, we booked a deluxe room. Initially, we were given a standard room, but after reconfirming, we were finally moved to a deluxe room, even though it wasn't the room we booked because it was occupied by another guest. Finally, on the second day, we were moved to the room we booked. Amenities were lacking; the water heater was sometimes available, sometimes not, even though the cold weather in Dieng really requires hot water for the bathroom. Parking is secure because it's inside. Drinking water is provided in gallon jugs, always ready with hot water, and coffee and tea are also available.

The room is too small for a deluxe room, the door can't be closed so when you take a shower the door is slightly open... there are no clothes hangers or power outlets either... the TV is just a display, no towels or toiletries provided... the only good thing is the location.

Don't forget to change the sheets when a customer comes in. And if the TV is damaged, have it repaired for customer comfort.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room felt dirty and smelled, the staff was unfriendly, the roof leaked heavily, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. For the price, these conditions were far from what we expected.

Friendly staff, initially ordered a standard class, when we arrived at the location we felt the place was not comfortable so we moved to the Deluxe class, added independent costs, but it was no problem. The downside is the hot water heater is lacking, it still feels cold, otherwise it's clean & good.

The price is only 150 thousand but it is not worth it. The room is dirty, for example ugly is okay as long as it is clean, this is very dirty. The bathroom is dirty yellow, there is a lot of scale, it seems like it has never been cleaned. The hot water is not hot so just take a cold shower. Booked because I saw reviews that said it was clean and comfortable but that was a hoax. There are no complete amenities at all. And told to take off shoes when entering but it turned out that other guests didn't. Overall, it's a complete dud to stay here.
