Surprise there’s such a nice hotel in that area. Clean and with decent facilities for 3 star hotel. The restaurant’s ambience also very homey with affordable price of their beverages. The staff also very helpful.

The staff was professional and great. My wife left a bag with full of cash in restaurant, and they did return it to us without requesting for any returns. Truly appreciated.

If it ' s Chinese New Year, guests staying at Arosa are given red (angpao) packets to make them happy which can be in the form of money or Hotel discounts.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, turned out they gave us 1 smoking room without asking if I'm OK with it or not and another room with AC that wasn't working well. Lobby was nice, ordinary room nothing special, great breakfast, location is great, pretty big parking lot. Not sure if I would stay in this hotel again after they gave me a smoking room without asking and bad AC, that ' s a huge deal breaker.
